Asian Pacific Heritage Month: DV RISC and Asian Pacific Institute on Gender-Based Violence (API-GBV) Discussion Panel

In celebration of Asian Pacific Heritage Month, DV RISC and API-GBV hosted a panel discussion addressing diversity within Asian/Asian American, Pacific Islander (AAPI) and other communities, risk factors for intimate partner violence (IPV) in AAPI communities, assessing for IPV lethality risk for AAPI survivors, and promising community efforts to better assess and manage high risk cases.

API-GBV is a culturally specific national resource center on domestic violence, sexual violence, trafficking, and other forms of gender-based violence in Asian/Asian-American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. For more information, please visit their website.
